AI knows the internet, not your company.

Ask any AI what you quoted that customer in March and it answers from the internet — fluent, confident, and blind to your business. A business memory is the part it is missing: your own record, on your own computer.

Secure your spot

Built for the owner of a real business. Not technical. Wearing four hats.

The problem

Your business has amnesia.

“I know we agreed something on that call — I just can't find where.”
“Receipts in drawers, invoices in inboxes. Month-end is archaeology.”

You have the drive, the inbox, search, folders, and either an assistant or the certainty that you are the assistant. The answer is still in somebody's head, or in a thread nobody can name.

This was never a discipline problem. Storage was never built to answer a question. You have been doing the remembering yourself, by hand, for years, and you were good at it. Nobody noticed it was a job.
What it is

What is a business memory?

A private record of everything your business knows — what was agreed, paid, promised and decided — kept on your own computer as plain text files any AI can read, so you can ask anything and get the answer with the exact reference behind it.

Three doors let things in. Everything that comes through one is filed overnight, by what it is about.

Door 1
Meetings
Recorded or noted. They become filed records overnight, linked to the people and jobs they belong to.
Door 2
Papers
Contracts, receipts, photographs. Filed by subject, not by the folder you remembered to open.
Door 3
Expenses
One line per payment, filed by what it was for.

The four tests

A memory you can trust passes four tests.

Anything that fails one of them is a filing cabinet with a search box.

1It files itself.
The fear it answers: how much of my time?

Everything that comes through a door is filed the night it arrives, by what it is about — not by which folder you remembered to open. You never become the librarian, because the job that made you one is gone.

2It never guesses.
The fear it answers: can I trust it with private things?

Two customers with the same surname, an invoice that could be either business, a note that belongs to your family and not your company: it sets the item aside and asks you one sentence rather than deciding on your behalf. “I don't know” is not a weakness. It is the only answer you can build on.

3It shows the source.
The fear it answers: will I believe something that is not true?

Every answer points at the document, email or record it came from. You check it in one click instead of believing it.

4It proves every morning that it ran.
The fear it answers: what if it stops and I can't tell?

One page, every morning. Today's date means last night ran. A stale date is an alarm. Silence is never allowed to look like success.

2 THINGS NEED YOU
Updated today, 6:09 AM
Everything from yesterday is filed. Two things I will not guess at.
Two prices for the same job
In March you quoted the Ferreira kitchen at €18,400. The note from Tuesday's site visit says €19,900. Both are in writing, and I do not know which one you are standing behind.

A promise moved, and the schedule did not
The tiles for Ferreira were promised for 12 September. Wednesday's email from the supplier moved it to the 26th. The job schedule still says the 12th.

The numbers

Read from our own system, not estimated.

One rule governs this page: every claim on it was tested. If we have not proven it, it is not here.

1,641
files in last night's backup
1,486
records filed and findable
197
meetings captured, searchable, traceable
157/157
files lost to a sync mistake once. Every single one recovered.
4/4
overnight jobs delivered in the first install test

Read from our live system on 5 August 2026 at 3:04 AM — not estimated, not rounded up. These are our own files, because we have zero paying customers today. Nothing on this page is staged and called real.

The limits

What it will not do.

Most sales pages bury the limits. We print them — because a memory you cannot trust is worse than no memory at all, and trust starts here.

The free way

You can build a version of this yourself, free.

  1. One folder on your own computer, everything in it as plain text. No app, no database, no export problem, ever.
  2. One file, one topic. A customer, a supplier, a project. Not a diary.
  3. An index file saying what is in the folder and where. It is what an AI reads first.
  4. Point your AI at the folder. It will find the file and answer from it.
  5. Write down decisions the day they are made, dated, in the file they belong to. That is the whole discipline.

An app that owns your notes is a trap. Plain files on your own disk is the right answer.

What the free way does not have
  • No privacy model — one open folder, all of it visible to whatever you point at it.
  • Nothing files for you. Step 5 is the entire system, and step 5 is a habit.
  • Nothing marks a file stale — last year's price and Tuesday's look identical.
  • Nothing carries yesterday. Two sessions overwrite each other.
  • No recovery copy. One disk failure from nothing.
  • Nothing tells you it stopped, because nothing was running.

If it is not right for you, we will refund you. Tell us and we will sort it out.

What it costs in total. The Kit or the Install, once. Then an AI plan you pay for directly: Claude from $20 a month, any paid plan works. Obsidian, where your files live, is free. Nothing recurring from us, and no charge per person.

If you are technical and you enjoy this, build it yourself — you will do fine. If you would rather not spend a year getting it right, that is what the Kit is.

Who is behind it

We built it for ourselves first.

We spent a year putting AI inside real businesses and learned the expensive lesson: it is almost never the technology — it is that the business underneath cannot remember. So we built our own company a memory, and we run on it.

The traps

One of us installed the kit end to end playing a non-technical owner, with traps baked in on purpose. Two people with the same name went in. It caught the collision and refused to guess which was which.

Night one — the failure

The jobs could not reach the notes. They stopped and said so, instead of faking success. The stale date on the morning page was the only thing that told us. It did not pretend. We fixed the wiring.

Night two — the delivery

Four jobs fired. Four landed. Every one left real proof in the files by morning.

That first night became the rule: silence is never allowed to look like success.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Do I need to be technical?
No. The kit is written for someone who has never edited a settings file. You paste one block of text and follow the steps. If you would rather not do it alone, the Concierge Install is us doing it with you on your screen.
What does it cost in total?
$250 once for the Kit, or $1,000 once for the Concierge Install — both launch prices. Then an AI plan you pay for directly: Claude from $20 a month, any paid plan works. Obsidian, where your files live, is free. Nothing recurring from us, and no charge per person.
What if it does not work for me?
If it is not right for you, tell us and we will refund you.
How long does setting it up take?
About an hour for the interview that teaches it your world, then an afternoon for the install. After that, about ten minutes a day for the first month — then less.
Who can read my business memory?
It lives on your computer, in your own files. No vendor cloud holds your record, you have no account on our servers, and there is no copy of your business on a machine you do not own. When you ask a question, the AI you chose processes what it needs to answer it — true of every AI tool, and we would rather say it than let you discover it. Protection by architecture, not by policy.
Why should I trust a new company with this?
You should not have to. That is why nothing of yours leaves your machine, why the files are plain text you could read in ten years without us, and why the guarantee lands on night one. We also have zero paying customers today.
